A127 DOUBLE ACTING HEAVY DUTY PISTON SEAL

A127 double acting piston seal is designed to be used for heavy duty hydraulic cylinders and piston applications.                                                                                                       

A127 heavy duty piston seal is manufactured with special alp modified thermoplastic compound and 80 shore rectangular NBR energising ring as standard.                                                                           

A127 piston seal offers excellent static and dynamic sealing performance, high abrasion resistance, suitable to different speed working conditions and simple low height grove design, no twisting rectangular NBR energising sealing element, suitable for standard housings and easy one piece installation because of its Z cut design.                                                                                                      

A127 have very low friction even in hydraulic cylinders that have been inactive for prolonged periods of time in either pressurised or non-pressurised environments.
