A305 SINGLE ACTING PTFE WIPER SEAL

A305 two piece PTFE wiper seal is designed to be used for medium to heavy duty hydraulic cylinders and rod applications to prevent dust, fluid or other types of contaminations from reaching the sealing system through the rod and causing damage to internal cylinder components.

A305 PTFE wiper seal is manufactured with bronze filled special ALP PTFE compound and 70 shore NBR energising O ring as standard. The O ring could be replaced on demand if different oils other than mineral oil need to be used. Please contact our sales department for pricing.

A305 PTFE rod wiper seal offers very effective wiping and scraping performance, and protection against outside dirt particles such as dust, sand, mud, ice and water. Also is ultra-low friction, free of stick-sleep and suitability for high speed and simple grove designs.

A305 PTFE single-acting rod wiper is recommended to be used in conjunction with a suitable ALP rod seals please check our rod seals section.
