ALP A854 two pieces pneumatic combined rod and wiper seal is designed to be used especially for heavy duty pneumatic cylinders for rod applications and performs sealing and wiping functions whilst working in the cylinder.

A854 single acting pneumatic heavy duty rod and wiper seal is manufactured with high specification special 92 shore ALP PU compound and TPE compound for heavy duty applications or 90 shore ALP NBR compound and TPE compound for medium duty applications as standard. ALP A854 pneumatic rod seal functions both as a sealing element and wiper simultaneously and provides excellent sealing performance. It offers protection against dirt particles on the front face of the cylinder, high wear resistance, long service life, easy installation, very low dynamic and static friction and smooth running due to lip geometry and is suitable for oiled or oil-free working conditions (the seal should be lubricated on assembly)

A854 single acting combined pneumatic rod and wiper seal is to be used safely for heavy duty and medium duty pneumatic cylinders depending on the compound.
