ALP A801 complete piston offers a versatile design that accommodates nearly all cylinder types, excellent sealing and guidening performance at the same time, very good wear resistance, easy installation to piston rod without using other sealing elements, ideal corrosion protection because of elastomer covering, immediate full pressure response because of special design and is suitable for oiled or oil-free working conditions (note that the seal should be lubricated on assembly).

A311 SINGLE ACTING PTFE ROD SEAL

A311 PTFE rod seal is designed to be used with medium to heavy duty hydraulic cylinder and rod applications.

A311 PTFE rod seal is manufactured with bronze filled special ALP PTFE compound and 70 shore NBR energising O ring as standard. The O ring could be replaced on demand if different oils other than mineral oil need to be used. Please contact our sales department for pricing.

A311 PTFE rod seal offers ultra-low friction, free of stick-sleep, suitability for high speed and simple grove designs and a long service life.

A311 PTFE rod seal is recommend to be used with ALP U ring lip sealing element combination such as A151, A152, A153, and A157.
